The client, a Junior School with shared public library access in the Midlands, experienced sudden staff sickness, losing two cleaners unexpectedly.

As an education environment, this wasn't as simple as just "sending a cleaner". The building had strict operational constraints:

• Safeguarding: Any operative needed immediate DBS clearance.
• Community Use: The site was used by the public in the evenings.
• Timing: Cleaning had to be completed outside core school hours but before the site locked down.
