What We Require
- Reliability: If you say you'll be there, be there.
- Right to Work: Valid UK work status.
- Smart Phone: For WhatsApp communication & photo reporting.
- Transport: Ability to get to sites (some aren't on bus routes).
- Standards: Willingness to follow a checklist exactly.
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Valid DBS Check (we can help apply if needed)
- Public Liability Insurance (for self-employed)
Attitude matters more than experience. If you are thorough and reliable, we can train the rest.
